Last year I had some threads going regarding the acts of corruption being committed against me by Centrelink (our welfare payment agency), designed to harass me for complaining about my disability employment provider.
Not only had the disability employment provider struck a deal with a person due to assess my health before she interviewed me to see if I qualified for a disability pension, to have me found healthy and able to work, they also misquoted and withheld a report confirming my illness from both myself and the assessor.
They later went on to take out an AVO (Apprehended Violence Order) against me to stop me from contacting them requesting to see a copy of the file they kept upon myself. They did this by using false claims of telephoned death threats, at the suggestion of a Department of Families and Housing staff member assigned to investigate them, not me.
I have lodged complaints with a variety of government departments, whose staff are paid to monitor and keep these places honest. All have declined to investigate and instead worked with the guilty person to deny me information, deny me justice and deny me a proper investigation.
Yet our government calls anyone who is currently too sick to work, or unable to find a job in this current economic climate, a lazy bludger who should be out working. It is their lazy bludgers who take a pay packet, without doing any work, which is costing the country all the excess money.
Money being pumped into employment agencies to spy on people, rather than to assist them into work or training/treatment, is being wasted at an astronomical rate.
$19 million dollars per year is paid out in salaries to keep the Social Security Appeals Tribunal operating. If Centrelink would just deal with their mistakes openly and honestly, this Tribunal would not be needed.
The Office of the Privacy Commission has written to me last week informing me that he has found that I did indeed give the employment agency permission to obtain the medical report in question. However, I had already pointed out to him that my signature had been forged onto that consent form, and another form. Seems there is no end to what they are allowed to get away with.

This facebook page is a warning to others of what they will do to you, if you ever dare to complain. Centrelink staff still continue to corrupt my records, any chance they get, and I will add proof of that later on when I have the time.
The government wants to either kick people of disability pensions or force them to work. Centrelink put a lot of people on it who did not qualify at all. That was their mistake. Now they want to reassess everyone. That is fair enough, if the process if fair. But when Centrelink, JCA's and disability workers are not only allowed to disguise the truth, but are encouraged to do so, it will be interesting to see what happens. There will be more already sick people injured through this process, and there is no compensation or apology for same.
If you are genuinely sick or disabled, and called up for reassessment, do not let JCA's bully you. The internet is full of stories about how nasty these people are to those they interview. If they are nice to your face, that still does not mean they are not about to stab you in the back on paper.
Also, request copies of everything they write about you, by way of making application under the FOI laws. Question every decision, and appeal everything you think is incorrect or corrupted. Keep a copy of anything you lodge with Centrelink, as it has a way of becoming 'lost'. Get them to date stamp any documents you provide as being received, then have them copy it and give you the copy or the original.
Sick of the corruption within our government departments, and of us being accused as being the cheats, when it is the government employees who are the best at ripping off and deceiving the Australian public.
