What is remarkable about this document is that a sitting judge put it on the record for all to see.

The reason the court was requiring them to PUT IT IN WRITING is because then after having admitted that the statements made by the Agent were false, and having condemned the legitimacy of the Defendants claim to immunity for making such false statements under the guise of National Security, the Court would have Nail that Government Bastard to the wall once the submissions were in writing and were found to be false.

any govt "agency" is above the law and cannot be prosecuted for perjury. i found that out while fighting ocs.(the louisiana branch of child protection agency). even when i proved they intenionally lied under oath, the judge researched and found there was not a damn thing she could do about it and their testimony had to be entered into the record.

The court is part of the government. It's called the Judicial branch.

So, the government checked itself through the checks and balances system the Founding Fathers setup. It doesn't always work out this well, but in this case it DID work.

The fact that the government checked itself in this case, means your argument is void pertaining to this example.

Ron Paul I almost had to regurgitate whenever I listened to (and had to watch) Tim Pawlenty & Rick Santorum. It was like watching an evangelical Ken doll at a revival meeting. These people were so "plastic" that I didn't even want to open the wrapper. From the choreographed hand gestures to rehearsed smiles so fake and phony that they put Wink Martindale to shame and sucking up to the South Carolinians to the point that I was surprised that they didn't go out into the audience and start kissing babies, I almost couldn't stomach it.

HOW CAN PEOPLE WHO HAVE LIVED ON THIS PLANET FOR MORE THAN 18 - 20 YEARS STILL BE STUPID ENOUGH TO BELIEVE ANY OF THIS CRAP?????? IT'S ASTOUNDING TO ME !!!

I'd rather hear one word of truth from a person who stammers and stutters than to hear a complete monologue of lies from a person who can wax eloquently and bring a crowd to laughter or tears.

Actually, this sounds more like MUSLIM law; it would be a lot more believable (given all the bowing and bending over that we have been forced to do to accommodate them already) that the muslim-in-chief is trying to sneak in more muslim crap rather than Talmud stuff. It is my understanding that muslims are actually COMMANDED to lie to "infidels" so long as THEY feel it advances or enhances the muslim "cause" (whatever that is deemed to be at the moment).
