Local honey is meant to be good.
Quoting: alexisj9I recently made a yogurt smoothie with honey in it, and I think most of it got converted into, ya know, tap water. Maybe pasteurized honey isn't the same as the natural form. Local honey is made from the local flowers, apparently it's supposed to offer some relieve. But I think it's an old wife's tale. You never know though.
