The water needed to diffract the light into the colors is in the form of ice crystals in the clouds. |

Any ideas? hey, i live in washington state too, real close to you, i saw the rainbow clouds today as you called them, they are actually chemtrails between us and the sun inside the earths atmosphere, they create that rainbow effect. |
