I do great with rebates specially large ones. The thing is that most people don't follow directions to the T for rebates. See I'm watching the TLC extreme couponing and these women have a ton of bounty, toilet paper and laundry detergent. I use a lot of TP and would really save a lot of money if I could get it for free Too many mexican burritos |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 475553 United States 05/22/2011 05:24 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Please use an example I want to understand how it works. Are you saying that if a roll of Toilet paper costs $2 and you have two $1 coupon than the item comes out for free. Do stores allow you to double dip like that Quoting: Ready2bugoutyes.. they do allow it.. Look. no one can give you lessons in this thread.. Do some homework, watch some youtubes by long time couponers for tips. If yo ucant even do that much.. BELIEVE me.. You wont cut it couponing.. IT'S WORK... |

Quoting: Ready2bugoutCoupons are always certain percentage off I never see a coupon that says FREE They use coupon clipping services and double coupons. You can get stuff for free it just pisses everyone in the store off. Another way is to use glitches to get free stuff. One day I walked into cvs to get a bottle of shampoo and some toothpaste with an extracare coupon for some amount (probably 5 bucks). I brought it to the register paid for it (it was like 15-25 cents with the coupon) then the register printed out another coupon for 5 bucks so I bought another shampoo and toothpaste for change. Boom...another coupon. I stopped there. |

Yeah I'm going to wait 2 months to get 50 cents back when it cost 50 cents to mail. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 1246648 United States 05/22/2011 05:29 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I would never want to horde stuff like that specially stuff I would not use. Quoting: Ready2bugoutBut If I have a garage where I can store non perishable items like TP for the purpose of saving money why not. The junk food is just pointless. I saw a show that some of the people that do that (buy a pallet of cereal or the like) donate a lot of it to homeless shelters and other service organizations. So in a lot of cases it doesn't go to waste. |

StreakX User ID: 1377396 United States 05/22/2011 05:47 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Some of the extreme ones have stated that they do couponing "full time"... which means what -- 40 hours a week? Full time to save $200-$400 dollars? So you just "worked" 40 hours for $200-$400 dollars savings, and you have somewhat limited choice of what you spend your "money" on? Seems kinda silly, but I guess I don't understand it fully. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1386353 Coupons are always certain percentage off I never see a coupon that says FREE Store coupon + manufacturers coupon = big savings Store sale + manufacturers coupon = savings The best I've ever done is $200 worth of stuff for just over $100. Lots of double coupons & lots of coupons for free stuff (from manufacturers). You can take coupons into the Dollar Tree store & have some savings now too. Last time I did I was getting dagger looks from the store managers since the coupons allowed me to get some stuff for free or 50-75 cents off each item. vaccinefreehealth blogspot com The risk far outweighs any benefit as the risk will vary from child to child. facebook.com/graphixyourway |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1386353 I agree with this. I've watched the show Extreme Couponing, I look at their stock pile & think that is ridiculous. vaccinefreehealth blogspot com The risk far outweighs any benefit as the risk will vary from child to child. facebook.com/graphixyourway |
