salvation was only open to the Jews until the New Testament, which tells you right there, that was after Christ.
the gentiles were considered unclean, Paul himself was a Gentile, which is one of the reason for his missionary work. Paul very clearly spoke of this in Romans.
according to Scripture, ALL have sinned and fallen short and no man has the nature to be good.
