JFK's 'Strategy of Peace' speech
"What kind of peace do I mean? What kind of peace do we seek? Not a Pax Americana enforced on the world by American weapons of war. Not the peace of the grave or the security of the slave. I am talking about genuine peace, the kind of peace that makes life on earth worth living, the kind that enables men and nations to grow and to hope and to build a better life for their children - not merely peace for Americans but peace for all men and women -not merely peace in our time, but peace in all time."

Re: JFK's 'Strategy of Peace' speech
Recently, Nina Rhodes-Hughes, a long overlooked witness to the murder of Robert F. Kennedy said she heard two guns firing during the 1968 shooting and authorities altered her account of the crime. Why do the police always alter evidence to suit a political agenda?

"What has to come out is that there was another shooter to my right," Rhodes-Hughes said. "The truth has got to be told. No more cover-ups."

How can we possibly avoid routine cover ups without a free press?

Do you think people like Rupert Murdoch grant us that opportunity?

Let's face it, Murdoch is nothing more than an unindicted criminal. He may use his resources to cover everything up, but having lost his integrity, he is nothing more than a pathetic con artist.

We certainly know more about news than he does. He has merely aligned himself with corrupt people who are united by the obsession to control the world. He doesn't know anything about the genuine, news business.

Remember the old aphorism, "When a dog bites a man, that is not news, because it happens so often. But if a man bites a dog, that is news".

The new aphorism is, "But if a bank robs a man, that is news".
