The company is reportedly playing hard ball with the plaintiffs, refusing to fork over personal information solely based on an IP address.


Clearly a number on the internet which anyone else could spoof is NOT enough evidence for a subpoena for peoples private information.
Especially in regards to a non criminal civil suit.
