Re: A matter of the highest priority.

Madam:

The people of the several states of America may be the target of a conjectured military Champaign to annex the continental united States into CHINESE JURIDICTION.

Such plan involves the sudden extermination of nearly all the indigenous peoples of such territories by means of a covert electronic death switch. The weapon of mass annihilation is a seemingly harmless implantable RFID chip. Human implantable chips are openly manufactured in mainland China, and appear destined for mandatory population wide use under U.S. Senate Healthcare bill HR3200.

The covert death switches hidden inside such RFID chips, when activated by radio signal command, are designed to release neurotoxins into the blood streams of targeted populations. The result may very well be the swift and certain death of hundreds of millions of people over the span of a single day.

The day after the American Holocaust, China could easily march in a standing army from south of the boarder and take out the few politicians, bankers, and other elites who exempted themselves from the ‘chip’.

Obviously, the extermination of the people of the several states of America by China represents a clear and present danger to your sovereign government and your interests. Once China controls the North American continent all of Europe will be the next target. In fact, it is not inconceivable to extrapolate a one world China within 50 to 100 years should this plan, or others of its kind, be permitted to go unchecked.

The conjecture leading to these extrapolated plans is based on years of geopolitical research spanning a multitude of disciplines and historical documents.
