Illegally Arrested As a "Terrorist" Under the P.A.T.R.I.O.T. Act

Interesting story, but too much missing information. And, because of this person's inability to form a coherent thought and explain the situation, I don't believe he's an attorney. Or, if he is, he's just really bad at his job. Or, maybe he's really good at his job and is leaving out information on purpose. Either way, not enough info to make a judgement call.

The Patriot Act, what a joke, was designed to use against the American people.

Agreed. It's nazi-ism with a deceptive "we are doing it to protect you from terrorists" bullshit alibi they keep hiding behind. Just like Hitler. ONCE AGAIN...THERE ARE NO REAL TERRORISTS LIKE THEY ARE PROPAGANDIZING IN THE LYING MEDIA. THE US FED IS DOING ALL THIS SHIT TO TAKE CONTROL. All false flags, all lies, all the time. That's the US in 2011.

You don't know he's not guilty, you're just assuming he's not. In fact, you don't even know what he is supposed to be guilty of because he doesn't bother to say. So, like a good little drone, you fill in the blanks - AND THERE ARE NOTHING BUT BLANKS WITH HIS STORY - with your own preconceived notions of what must have happened.

You think the "government" is a big bad boogie man. The "government" is just made up of people. People are assholes. People will lie to get their way. People in the government will lie and people outside the government will lie. So, ask yourself why you CHOOSE to believe this guy? Yes, it's your choice.

This guy is supposed to be an attorney yet he gives next to no REAL and USEFUL and VERIFIABLE information with which one can make an INFORMED opinion. Ask yourself why he does this.

That we are headed for, if not already in, a dictatorship in this country there is no doubt. But this guy is lying about something or he would have made up a more complete story.

The Patriot Act has effectively rendered the voting process and the ability of citizens to petition our public officials for redress of grievances. Under the guise of providing protection for American citizens, it is being used to slowly nullify the very constitution which ensures our security AND our "endowed by their Creator" liberties! My individual security given me by the Constitution ensured me that my Government could not and would not usurp my individual rights and those of the states in which America's people reside. The checks and balance system laid out in the constitution to protect it from government overreach is no longer practiced by any branch of the federal government.

It must be repealed and it is going to take a 100 million man non-violent army descending upon the steps of the US Supreme Court to get those judges off of their judicial asses and do their duty which is make sure that no law passed by Congress OR Executive order conflicts with the US Constitution.

I will not exchange my liberty for the illusion of security - period! Doing so endangers every one of us more than a bunch of fundamental extremists. Don't buy the bullshit! Repeal the Patriot Act!
