Hello GLP'ers,
I was given citation 20 days ago and today I visited an hearing officer in my area. He asked me to go to court on so and so date and talk to prosecutor. If I show my current proof of insurance, new renewed licence will he waive my citation ?
Is there a possibility of going to jail in this scenario?
