I think his family is just moving to another part of Japan farther way from the fukushima.

But if he only moved south, why give away everything like he does?
I guess we will know very soon where he is going.
His youtube channel seems to give him courage though.

He says in his channel thread that he will not head to France as Japan is his home. His wife is Japanese so would not have many options on countries to go to. Likely he is going southward. Hope the best for him and his family.

18 seconds into the video, he says he's leaving Japan. I suspect he will head south in the direction of Australasia. No point moving elsewhere in the northern hemisphere.

I suspect that he is going to France, but I don't think that he has said where he is going. Being French, although he no longer considers it his home, he can still travel back there I'm sure. A different country, perhaps not so easy?
