i think if new madrid was going to be artificially aggravated into an EQ it wouldve happened by now. so if it does go it will probably be a natural occurrence

well if you believe the account that japans 9.1 was caused by haarp why would they fail at new madrid? i dunno you could be right though as well

HAARP (weather modification) is being used to flood the mississippi to put more pressure on the New Madrid plate, which is already sinking,to trigger a giant quake. This is also being done in the Pac N.W. down to northern Cali. That is where the Juan De Fuca plate intersects the top of the San Andreas. The goal is to, through other disasters, get control of as many areas (martial law) and people (Fema camps)as possible before the hard core alignment of brown dwarf planet Elenin happens in Sept. They will be in their underground bunkers...that's why they were built and what they are for. This has happened before...Atlantis; Mayan's were trying to warn future civilizations of this that happens every many thousand years.
The govt. has spent many years covering Elenin up, so the masses don't know until just before. If things are already "in play" then it mitigates the pole shift which is what they are well aware is going to happen. The brown dwarf is dark and cannot be easily viewed. It is much larger than Jupiter. It's sucking everything into it's debris field because it's magnetosphere is very strong. Unlike ours, which is very weak.
Come Sept. Ele will be at it's closest position between us and the sun. It will try to pull us into it's orbit and try to make us one of it's moons. At this time, like a top being pulled over, we will flip and flip back. Then as it begins to move past us on it's way out of our orbit, it will bombard us with it's debris field. Like being hit with non stop meteors. They know if we knew this, they would be unable to control us. Ele's position will be closest on Sept. 26-27, however, the full moon will be on Sept 11 (great)and may have an effect to trigger at that point.

Things will escalate from now till then and so I expect the cat will be let out of the bag at some point. I think we'll know.
Another interesting fact is that Ele's being..."navigated". Based on it's calculations, which have been revised, something intelligent changed them. There also have been several objects following behind it? Could be an already growing debris field. Some have suggested they're ships? Debris field is more logical, however, logic is not always the "winner"...
On the ground facilitators must be in place for HAARP to be able to create it's low and high frequencies...looks like some locations have been found...
