Chile is the best. If you ever want to know how a country is you need to look at ethe name of streets. Most streets in Chile are named after poets, writers.

Most streets in Venezuela are named after military people. It means that they respect power, not reason. Chileans respect reason, not power.

Costa Rica is also good, but is a smaller country. Santiago de Chile is a big and cosmopolitan city.

Most southamerican people like english speaking people.

Most chileans are extremely well cultivated. A kid knows about books, maps, good caligraphy, etc. It's a country with two realities, as many southamerican country: very poor and very rich.

I hope I have helped you.

What are you planning to do in Chile? Let me know, maybe I can help you.

Daniel Rostand.
