Re: Anyone experiencing hot flashes and night sweats (non menopausal) lately?
Me too. Usually healthy all the time. So this is noted.

All the symptoms of radiation poisoning:

-night sweats
-vivid dreams (I recall all my dreams)
-headaches (I never get headaches)
-nausia (ditto)
-six hour left ear ring (first for that)(left=bad)
-stress/anxiety/panic/dissociation/memory/fuzzy thinking
-rash (occasionally)
-thryroid swollen and sore (almost never- don't get sick)
-sleep disturbances (I can usually sleep at the drop of a hat)

-also: fuzzy electricity traveling all over my body at night, not the usual vibrations. (am electrosensitive)
increased electrical feelings, static shocks.

This is a little scary guys, the past two days me and my wife have been having this, all of the symptoms you put up, my wife thought it might be hormones and is going to get a hormone test, We were just talking about this this morning!!

Yesterday I actually had to tear my clothes off in the car, it felt like I had just taken hot clothes out of the dryer and put them on, like my body radiated heat or something.. chest was all flush, and felt like I was having a day long panic attack or something.. But, it doesn't feel like being sick, almost like being in withdrawal or like I took a drug and had a bad reaction or something on top of all of it...

Today I feel it, but not as bad, just super weak, and very shaky, like I have no strength or energy or vigor.

It's gotta be radiation, I just can't wait to go to bed and lay down....

Re: Anyone experiencing hot flashes and night sweats (non menopausal) lately?
OP. Could be thyroid but COULD be early menopause. I always had erratic menstrual cycles since the age of 25 and weird ovarian pain. By 40 I started having flashes and night sweats. By 42 I was DONE. FSH (look it up) confirmed my egg producing days were over. So get the thyroid check and your FSH level checked. Early menopause happens. If neither of those explains your symptoms then yeah..Google the ascension symptoms.

open question:

to those having the hot flashes/night sweats (or your family members).....where do you live? state and closest large city.

I'm not having any, but it'd be interesting to see if this is a symptom of radiation and/or environment. Or geographically connected

wait, what the heck is a "hot flash"?

I searched it- but found no real descriptions..mostly just symptomatic "treatments"

you just feel hot for a short time?

and its so uncomfortable as to seek medication? & testing?

what part am I missing here?

Explanation from experience: A Hot Flash is like all of a sudden a fire has been lit inside and is heating you up from the inside out. It feels like you are going to spontaneously combust. You could walk into a freezer and it still wouldn't cool you off. Most last from 15 seconds up to two minutes. Sometimes if you are prone to blushing your face and body turns red and you get goose bumps.

Night Sweating is when you get a Hot Flash but additionally you break out in a deep sweat. Usually on the back of the neck, back of knees, under and between breasts and underarms. It is not pretty. After a night sweat you often cool off quickly and get chilled. It is a viscous cycle.

This could be the energies from space increasing body vibrations and preparing us during our sleep. We could be evolving and night sweats a sympton of this taking place. Maybe the body is being upgraded at night.

THIS. I've had this on and off for the last few years... it's particularly intense lately and since I had it way before Fukushima, I believe it is not in any way a symptom of radiation poisoning or other nastyness.. The 3 a.m. and 6 a.m. have something to do with "sidereal time" and the ways that the cosmic rays penetrate the earth's atmosphere at those angles at those times...I read an explanation once but have forgotten the details.

Symptoms of rapid pineal gland activation is what I believe it is.... natural and beneficial in fact, if occasionally uncomfortable. Sometimes it's weird that only my pillow will be soaked,,, as if all the energy/heat is concentrated in my head... Other times, it's a whole body thing. Nothing to be afraid of though.hfsmile_kiss

I've been having them also, but I started menopause early. I've had them off and on for over 10 years. I hate them, but also found out it depends on what I eat and drink. I definitely know that chocolate will cause it to start and stress is also a big part of it...hf

It would be interesting to hear from men who work outside all day (construction sites). If they too are getting these symptoms then we start to narrow down the source. Also, would be interesting to hear from peeps in other countries? Or, is this a North American phenomena?

I live in the midwest and have been having these night seats for some time.

I take my temperature regulary and my healthy tmeperature is 95.7 to 96.2 instead of 98.6. I am treating my thyroid with supplements.

I do have some of the other symptoms of radiation posioning.

Take your temperature and see what you get. My guess is that no matter what part of the country (US) that you live in, Fukishima has damaged your thyroid like it has mine.

this has been happening to me for years, I am 50 and have chalked it up to forever menopause. :) But i live in the desert sw and i spend a lot of time in the sun everyday.

I am currently sleeping with a fan on all night and open window, the low gets down to 40 and my room is an icebox, but twice a night, same time as everyone else (3ish and 6ish) I wake up covered in sweat. I throw off the covers sometimes get up and take the dogs outside to give the bed a chance to cool down, get back in bed freezing my ass off.

I take menopausal herbs and have been, which helped with irritability and insomnia, but the night sweats do NOT let up.

Now stay with me here because this is important to this discussion. I currently do not work so spend much time outdoors, and except for a brief period of 8 months I have not worked out of the home..in the last several years..during that 8 months I worked at the DA's office and was inside a huge building ALL DAY. Literally did not go outside and was so tired when I got home did not sit out in the sun.

I remember not being woken up during the night like now in sweats.......if I had been waking up sweating like I do now I would have been a zombie at work.

This is all very strange and I had been contemplating solar radiation because I do spend a lot of time in the sun, everyday. I am going to stay indoors as much as possible the next few days and see if the sweats let up.

so happy to read everyone else having these....thanks OP
Live and let live.......really
