Yes, going on two weeks. My best friend is having the same issue and HE is definitely not menopausal. We just assumed we had a low-grade virus. Major headaches that just will not go away even when taking pain meds. Oh, and minor stomach issues. Whatever it is, we can't seem to shake it. It's bad enough to cause EXTREME fatigue, but not bad enough to justify staying home from work or going to the doctor if that makes sense. Just a general sense of suckiness. Neither of us have had a fever, though - just hot flashes and night sweats.
