one thing the cucumber crisis has taught me, important for others to note
up till now i just bought fruit salad and vegetables and di not worry where they came from, just what the price/appearance was.

when the cucumber crisi broke, i realised i did not know what country the cucumbers in the house came from, or the pears, or the tomatoes.

In future i am going to really check where everything is from in case of problems afterwards.

Already started. Apparently all european food is heavily radioactive; 'British lambs are so full of caesium farmers can't sell em.' Bought a geiger counter, gonna be testing food. I think whole food imported from Africa or India might be best.

That plant sank into the Sea. Nothing can be more clear than that. We have yet to witness the chain-reaction of calamities to follow.

The smartest thing to do has always been to buy local.

The downside of capitalism is that you get an inferior product to the cheapest price. Have fun munching on vegetables touched by some spaniard retard who didn't wash his hands after visiting the toilet.

I'm surprised that this comes as a surprise for anyone. Two things not to be cheap about is food and your bed.

Why are they radioactive? From what? US produce should be more radioactive from Fukashima than anything in Europe area.

This stinks of a false flag against organic foods and monsanto can save the day with GMO cucumbers that are resistant to E-coli. Maybe I am wrong....

i wondered that because organic is more expensive and is always being held up to be much better than ordinary ones, eg no contamination of chemicals etc

I was looking at it as a ploy to suggest that organic farmers create disease and pestilence, however Monsanto has all the answers if we just allow them to create E-Coli resistant GMO cucumbers this will never happen again.

Morans don't realize that everybody has E.Coli in their gut. It just depends on the strain you have. Now here our problem has been Mexico using sewage water on its crops. I think the same is happening in Spain. No other source exists. It isn't one guy not washing his hands. For the E.Coli to get INSIDE the crop it has to be a constant source of water, sewage water.

Yes,making organic = bad in the mind of the sheep. Euro police state will put new rules on organic making it twice as expensive as it is now. Home gardeners will need permits and inspection,

Eurosheep will suck happily suck Euro police state dick over this one.
