Old hag is not an old hag

Old hag? Sleep paralysis? I knew there was something else in the room creating the projection of the hag. I looked to my left and there was my dog standing by the bed with big yellow eyes. I fought the paralisys and when I won the creatures humor shined through when it projected balloons dropping from the ceiling and I heard a crowd cheering.

The funny thing, the creature was not like the image in wikipedia. It was a tiny alien baby looking thing. Reptilian in mature and looked like the creature that pops out of human chests.
