Not sure if you misunderstand what happened or just put up your headline oddly. The persons used COMMON LAW to lawfully take over the court.

The Magna Carta gives to the People, authority to seize the court of any Magistrate who is found to deny the rights of the people, or who circumvents Common Law when demanded by a plaintiff. if the magistrate refuses to relenquish the court when Lawfully demanded by the people then he too can be arrested.

Exactly, but I have never heard of this happening before so thats why I think its good news, and I hope this is the beginning!

The judge was requested his oath, which is a common law right.
AS it was a council tax non payment hearing, the judge was acting in a 'commercial office', and would be breaking rules of law had he given the oath.

The problem one encounters in exercizing these Rights, is that the police do not work for the People. They are Officers of the Court, and know which side their bread is buttered on. they did not take an oath to protect and defend the public as was once required. Instead they have sworn alleigence to deliver code-breakers to the court for sentencing. There is nothing in there about a trial or ensuring a persons rights of due process.

No. Today's police are thugs employed by the Oligarchy to enforce statutes, rules, and codes. By force if necessary, and to aid in the collection of as much of the public's money they can frighten or threaten out of us. In the USA a rebellion like this is made infinately more dangerous because the police are the only ones armed, and are very willing to shoot and kill without provocation because they know the fraternity in blue will protect them. There are hundreds of videos that attest to this - some on this forum today.

Actually called 'community charge',not gov tax.

The judge has to agree.
The judge is then asked if he is 'on his oath today'.
Refusal to give oath is unlawful, therefore the highest standing in the 'vessel' (the freeman) can declare hearing void.

a canadian who appeared in a canadian court last year, who knew his shit, was acknowledged by the court police and the judge as a sovereign, common law being...it was masterful, at first the judge tried to have him removed, but the police refused and backed up the guy...the judge then stood, bowed to the sovereign, and left the court (abandoned ship)...there's a thread about it here on GLP
