Big Pharma Warehouse definately, they are starting to set up pharmacys on the moon. CVS, Walgreens, Duane Reed etc. this will be the main building where they will distribute medicines and vaccinations.

alternative 3 was about the PTB establishing of bases on the moon and mars to escape the cold war impending nuclear DOOOOOM!!!

In the book it's claimed they took all the brightest and best from Earth to set up survival colonies. Gee they would be at the Gen Y stage and god help them they are DOOOOMED. Hell Gen Y can't tie their shoe laces let alone run a survival colony. (ref: Eisenhower's daughter was called to join)

I would rather die on the Earth than hide on the dark side of the Moon or live in a hole on Mars.
