The Question is:

if so many people are so "misinformed" -- what is the point of having an election?

That's why election is a waste of time because your leaders are chosen by mis-informed people.

& yet time n time again - the reply is - just because you dont know that Florida is actually in the USA - in doesnt matter because some times people just dont happened to know these things - but really -they are quite intelligent people if you dig deeper.
