Why do Germans have no sense of humor?

German humor is too sophisticated for most folks. For example: Americans make movies with Ben Stiller and find that funny. We Germans make movies like "Downfall" (the Hitler in the bunker thing), which I personally found hilarously funny.

The children are force-fed guilt throughout school due to having to study from approved politically correct schoolbooks blaming all evils on their ancestors.
