I live on the upper east side so not much better there. Think my work building is actually safer. We have MRE's and 50gallon drums of water here. They stocked up after 911.

I'm in NYC. I would have never known we were under a tornado watch from looking outside. I saw it on drudge then ran to GLP of course. LOL I'm on Roosevelt Island in the middle of the East River between Manhattan and Queens.
