Although i believe that genetic factors play into race's behavior, i think the underlying problem with the world today is not so much a color issue, but a moral one.

Greed is the culprit, and lot's of whites either come from old money, or are indeed intelligent enough to rise to positions of power and money. But if you think that the average black man wouldn't sell-out for one of these power positions, then you're a fool.
