The judge declared that the Schultz family and their son would “suffer irreparable harm” if anyone prayed at the ceremony. Quoting: Comedian"Irreparable harm"??? WTF does this mean??? Under the law??? Is the law written to "harm" citizens???? We need to audit these federal judges. They're completely driven by agenda... implementing policy from the bench. This judge has just displayed manifest incompetence and should be immeditely and permanently removed from the bench, and started on a regime of anti-psychotic drugs before he harms himself or others. I just can't imagine ANY COMPETENT JUDGE uttering those words to anyone in their court. The law is built upon a clear use of language. The statement is clearly intended to intimidate. Now, I can see him saying something to the effect that there could be serious consequences... but to state definitively that there would be HARM?? Like you said... the meds aren't working. Related?
