As far as I know the only way you can be arrested for debt is if you have committed fraud like a hot check etc. Yet they are claiming people are being jailed for missing a couple credit card payments or not paying a bill? They've figured out a way to "legally" do it. the claim is they aren't locking you up for the debt, they reframe it and turn it into a crime. If you think they don't too bad for you.
