Hmm, but duality is just a perspective.

positive and negative are one in the same, two poles of the same being, if just one existed there would be no comparison to the other.

Light could not exist without dark, wet without dry, they work as one.

Water does not contradict dry land, without one the other simply would not make any sense at all.

Things that we have been told are dualistic simply are not, they are one in the same, they just "are".

One could and does not exist without the other. It is all the same. Does that make it a duality? Or dualistic? No.

Come on man. These vids proclaim that you simply need to do this or that to become enlightened, then all will be well with the world. Not so simple.
We are prisoners of the mind. The MIND controls our physical existence (unfortunate but true) all we know is what our mind tells us is real, it has gotten us through this life physical existence) most uf us know no other reality other than what the mind tells us what is real.

Those who practice deep meditation and other eastern practices to quiet the mind and allow the essence/consious/spirit to be dominant know that it is not an easy or quick transition. BUT, it can be achieved with years and years of practice by many ( not all) and when it is realized, is said to be true freedom from the physical. Freedom to access the infinite joy of pure consciousness. Apparently, it is worth it :)

BUT, it is not as simple as what these vids say it is. Just another BS pitch to get people to join up. You want what they say is available to you??? prepare to work for many years to achieve it.

Try this exercise and you will see how who is in control.
