yea easier said than done though, I've been in therapy for a while now and she's one of the only people in my city who specialize in DID/MPD. Did anybody check out that link? There's just about everything you'd wanna know on there.


anyone else have strange dreams? I've currently got the Mr. Sandman song stuck in my head...creepy.
Here's a good test used clinically to measure dissociation...you can probably get a better idea of any symptoms too
