odd but true-i had been reading about or thinking about MONARCH-and the next day i met someone who blurted out to me-"I am a MONARCH/MK-ULTRA victim"-freaked me out cuz we were on a different subject

he seemed to need to share this with me-but was very suspicious/unfriendly
