By your posting here, I'm guessing this really bothers you and you don't want this kind of controlling relationship-- this might be your "RED FLAG" to get out.

unfortunately i fel so trapped here i fear i won't ever get out. until death, god willing that be sooner than later. this is and has been hell and every time i leave he makes my life a LIVING HELL, and professes to do this even though he says i don't deserve it and he doesn't deserve me--he still acts all psychotic like this.
we were broken up and he broke the doll my grandma gave me on her deathbed because i wouldn't go spend new years with him, my EX at the time. my life is fuckin hell on earth--i'd rather be homeless and would be if it weren't for having to take care of the kids he says he doesn't care about unless i'm here. real cream of the crop....and trust me, i know its all my fault and i'm a fucking MORAN, i know.

i don't know what to do or where to go, or if there is such a place to escape to with my two kids.

Call child protective services on him, call a battered woman's shelter.

And yes, you are definitely battered emotionally if not physically.

If you don't then you are a complete fucking idiot.

After you move out then buy some good quality pepper spray/mace and don't be afraid to use it.

Assuming that you're using Microsoft Windows, are you sure it wasn't some computer virus that put the keylogging software on your computer? It might be some hacker in Russia or Nigeria or someplace that put it there, looking for credit card numbers and such.

Wow, that sounds like a whole lot worse than just key logging software. Sounds like he is afraid you are going to leave him. Is he logging what you are writing right now?

Kids, well you have more to consider than just yourself. Please don't put yourself down, things are just what they are- blaming doesn't help.

Most pain is caused from fear of the future and living in the past. Are you ok now? Are your kids ok now?

I highly recommend Byron Katie-- easy to understand and very helpful.

Please listen to her, you can access most of her work for free--it does help. Your thoughts and fear and his fear are causing you both pain, which has to affect the kids.

thank you.

we did have a huuuuuuge fight *sigh* and was without the computer completely for a few days. :( but at least it was only that....

i kinda keep telling myself im gonna go to school and get a nursing degree or something so i CAN leave...and then decide then. nobody is perfect, and i wish i could stay but if it goes on forever i just can't.

i feel bad, the kids don't want to leave. well, the oldest one doesn't...i don't know, on one hand i feel like one of those lame abused women that rationalizes stupid things but i don't really feel that way inside, i just think it looks that way? looooollll

i think a big thing for me is feeling that i couldn't leave and support the two kids, even without his threats of ruining my life if i ever leave. so i stay. out of weakness mostly. not fear. and some strange sense of obligation like some sort of contract and every time i leave i magically end up here again regardless of my resolve or situation.

last time i had a fine job and other friends to turn to and was living at my moms....still ended up back here. it was weird....maybe its fate or like a lesson i'm not really sure. i like to go where life takes me, but this year i'm really starting to re-examine that philosophy---it doesn't seem to be taking me place i really want to be. hahahaha stupid pisces moon *kicks natal chart* lol

If you're "thinking" about leaving then you should. It's already over in your mind and it will happen sooner or later. No reason to wait.
