The constellations and the elements assigned to them are wrong!

There are 12 constellations and 4 elements (fire, earth, water, and air).

The way the elements are traditionally assigned to each constelation is as follows:

Aries (fire), Taurus (earth), Gemini (air), Cancer (water), Leo (fire), Virgo (earth), Libra (air), Scorpio (water), Sagittarius (fire), Capricorn (earth), Aquarius (air), Pisces (water).

This is like saying that the order of the elements around the contellations is as follows:

fire, earth, air, water, fire, earth, air, water, fire, earth, air, water

Now the Sun (and planets) travel around these contellations in this order. If this is true, then we have only four cases wherein:

The Sun/planets either
1 - enter fire and leave water,
2 - enter earth and leave fire,
3 - enter air and leave earth,
4 - enter water and leave air.

This does not cover all the possible permutations of entering an element and leaving another element which is, there are 4 elements, and you pick 2 elements at a time and the order is important:

or 4!/(4-2)! = 12.

Thus this way, each constellation is unique from the rest, so I believe the order of the elements around the constellations should be as follows:

earth, water, air, fire, water, earth, air, water, fire, air, earth, fire. This means that the Sun/planets have 12 different paths corresponding to 12 different contellations:

1 - enters earth, leaves fire (EF)
2 - enters water, leaves earth (WE)
3 - enters air, leaves water, (AW)
4 - enters fire, leaves air (FA)
5 - enters water, leaves fire (WF)
6 - enters earth, leaves water (EW)
7 - enters air, leaves earth (AE)
8 - enters water, leaves air (WA)
9 - enters fire, leaves water (FW)
10- enters air leaves fire (AF)
11- enters earth leaves air (EA)
12- enters fire leaves earth (FE)
