NOAA is not worried about it. They are predicting a minor R1 Radio blackout of HF radio comms. on sunlit side of planet. Then again, I don’t believe shit the government tells me anymore so..... you are your own best judge. Wait and see is now my motto. Government will tell us its ok and go back to work, pay your taxes, be good little slaves, even when we are all dead, they will still broadcast their BS. I curse them to die before I do. Space Weather Message Code: ALTTP4 Serial Number: 334 Issue Time: 2011 Jun 07 0652 UTC ALERT: Type IV Radio Emission Begin Time: 2011 Jun 07 0626 UTC [ link to www.swpc.noaa.gov] radio bursts have different types but a type 4 is no more effective than a type 2 it depends on certain factors, speed is one. 1920 km/s on the type 2 so i'm assuming a type 4 radio burst will be nearly or equally or maybe a tad faster.
