1412354: What? Hydrazine is the fuel used for satellites. Highly toxic. Unless they've changed protocol since 1981. Before that no aircraft on a TAC base is allowed to have live anything other then when they run sorties on their target ranges and on government property. This story stinks to high heaven. Why would they use hydrazine for reserve backup in a war game scenario if at all?
