I had the longest left ear ringing ever yesterday, starting at about 1 pm. Continuing for hours, reducing in volume through attempts at reduction--calling on entire pantheon of 'higher sources', Spirit Guides, etc. Somewhat successful. Was kinda curious to let in linger, actually, to see what negative (left ear) comes of it synchronistically.

Quality of tones not painful, lower in volume than most, the usually immediately preceding sense of vacuum/compression distinct in a different way, clearer(?) softer, not as oppressive or abrupt in switching auditory field of focus on and off as usual it is during significant ear tone meanings/synchronicities.(I pay attention to my ear tones.)

In the last few weeks I have developed all the symptoms of radiation exposure. Night sweats, sleeping disruptions, thyroid sore, aches, nausea, memory problems, dissociation, anxiety, acute stress, rash. I usually have only memory problems, some aches. Aches and stress lessened now that I am more physically active.

Also, had a very strange new type of vibratory sensation at night, not the usual one that shakes me. New one is an electrical sensation an inch or two above the skin over my whole body, a claustrophobic smothering feeling of pulsing fuzzy electricity being pushed around. It is disarming to my mind's ability to think; All this electricity. And intense dreams! Bed head north, plug by head. I get relief by sleeping around the house.

I have just adopted a modified vegetarian diet to offset the nausea and to cope with the other symptoms, believing improved diet diet will help.

I am curious how others cope with electromagnetic sensitivity. Am considering putting a camping metallic sheet under bedsheet grounded via wire to copper pipe in ground outside. As per [link to in2worlds.net] Carissa's technique of mitigating effects of high frequency harassment.(somewhere on her website) Have yet to try 'Faraday cage' on ceiling as OP suggests. Thank for the technique OP, you sound like a life saver!
