*** ALERT! Now Obama says "No more Miranda Rights"!

If you think you can call this America any more you are screwed. Time to wake up was yesterday.

I have to say I am no fan of President Obama, but this even surprises me. This is another clear indication that we must be aware of our rights and insist that they are recognized. If somebody knows what the Miranda warning entails, whether or not the authorities speak the words really means very little.

I would think this would apply to Federal law. Under the Patriot Act, we can be picked up and hauled off to an unknown location without any means of communication. Might as well be dead. You're "disappeared".

State law, on the other hand may have no such ruling. But I don't know that for sure.

Well, I look at it this way. The Miranda Rights protect the accused in very big ways, like not having to say anything to incriminate yourself and innocent until proven guilty.

In the real world, I, ahemm, am very experienced in this, so I speak from experience.
Very rarely, if ever, do they even read these rights to you any more.
It doesn't matter what you say, even if you're silent, they WILL make up words for you that you did not say.
"Innocent until proven guilty"? LMAO! YEAH RIGHT! Suuure!

But if you look at the big picture here, they are systematically and very quickly ripping our rights away from us... ALL OF THEM! The Constitution means nothing any more.
