William forgot to mention the Antarctica base operational since 1943 and spoken of by Admiral Karl Donitz...we use the earths magnetic north/south,south/north field for mind control and other things...the globe was taken over in 1943 and most didn't know it...while most were kept busy with the surface wars,submarines were helping build another world...and subs have existed at least since the civil war days...
