What we need now for the city of Chicago is a real tough top cop. I'm talking about someone like Harold Brier, who was Milwaukee's Chief of Police from 1964 to 1984. Much of Milwaukee had some very tough areas that had high crime, similar to Chicago's. During his twenty years of service het kicked ass and took names. He was responsible for cleaning up many of these areas. It was all downhill after he left office. I'm not sure if there many like left in this country.

Don't forget the police brutality
thing that is spreading like wildfire.
Cops can't do anything anymore without
suffering the consiquences.
Sorry, but that's how some people wanted it.
Provoke the police, and exploit them a brutal
criminals, and now the police officers, what little
are left, don't care for the citizens anymore.
