Anyone else "feel" sunburned when they aren't??
The skin on my shoulders and upper back where my shirt rubs keeps sort of hurting/burning, exactly the way a mild sunburn would feel with a t-shirt against it... but I'm not sunburned. What the heck? Been happening for a couple of weeks. Anyone else?

I work in the southeastern sun every single day, for 8-10 hours a day and I am not sunburned nor do I use sun block. Now, what is it that you are actually talking about???

I am not sunburned either. That's the point. You know how your skin feels when it IS sunburned? That's how my skin feels sometimes. But I am NOT sunburned.

I had an incident about 2 weeks ago where I was sitting in my den and I had this feeling come over me like I had a severe sunburn on my head and the back of my neck. It only lasted for about a minute, but it was intense.

Could be dry skin, especially if you live in an arid climate

hmmm... There are some days I wake up in the morning and my face is very red, like I got a bad sunburn. It's very strange. Sometimes, it stays that way all day. It's very strange.

Could be a reaction to a harsh laundry detergent or fabric sheet. Do the symptoms coincide with a change in laundry product?

Re: Anyone else "feel" sunburned when they aren't??
Rosacea can cause this, at least on the face.

It will cause a reddened appearance to the face and upper chest on me; I'd imagine that could reach to the top shoulders and across the top of my back too - never thought about it.

It feels like a light sunburn sometimes on my face.

Rosacea is an infection UNDER the upper layers of skin which causes inflammation. A person can use topical antimicrobials and oral antibiotics to control it, make it appear to be gone. But a few months after you stop taking the orals, it comes back. No worse than before really, just back.

Good luck!

Verify that you aren't having a severe allergic reaction. Look up Stephens-Johnson Syndrome.

Let me clarify: my skin is NOT RED. It looks normal. It is not dry; I moisturize after every shower just like I always have. I have not changed laundry detergents. The laundry detergents I use are fragrance and color free, and so is my moisturizer.

The ONLY symptom is the burning/sensitive FEELING.

I'm not sunburned; my skin is not red.

But I agree they are lying about the temperature. I actually posted something about that a few weeks ago. One morning when they said it was in the mid-70's I went outside and there's no way. It was almost 90.

This is part of the process of purifying your body as the frequency increases, it is related to Kundalini energy.

Congratulations, you are chosen to be compatible for the next earth, time to lighten up your life, release any bad feelings towards anyone, and meditate more. Will last a few months at least, with flashes now and then.

BTW, it definitely coincides with the sun. It's affecting peoples moods as well. I also believe it might be connected to "tinnitus" and "vertigo".
My casper family does look very stressed and red from it by the end of the day. People who once had 'hidden' freckles that could only be seen with a blacklight has had those freckles become visible. It makes my veins stand out.

I am bumping this old thread because a lot more of you are going to experience this feeling sunburned without being sunburned. It is going to increase. This is what is called the "purifying fire" in the bible.
