She buys more food than we can eat, none of it stuff you can easily put on bread. Most often, our bread gets moldy from disuse.

No, she plans huge meals, that, while nice, take up our entire free time together gathering/organizing coupons for, going to multiple stores to acquire, cooking, eating, cleaning and putting away the mess.

6 out of 10 times, I really just want a F***ing sandwich, seriously. Cold Cuts on Bread with Condiment and maybe some cheese. I'd rather have the time together to do nice things.

Then again, once you get in a real relationship with a woman (defining "real" as one in which you feel any amount of trap) they lose any and all sense of humor, and your joke falls flat or, more likely, directly offends, killing all nice time you had planned by having a sandwich.
