I have had a thought for quite a while that when NASA etc. says that technology will be in danger then, it will be a WHOLE LOT WORSE.

The end of the movie "Knowing" and all this stuff about hot suns / people getting burned is a clue.

I think he's like every other person that has written an article older that 2 days or is based on data older than two days. This last article 'A Big Surprise from the Edge of the Solar System' [link to science1.nasa.gov] has basically just changed everything the Voyagers have been reporting since the first one crossed into that first bubble back in 2007.

The problem is that NASA hasn't been keeping secrets, they have been releasing data before they had any definite answers as to what the data meant. As a result, you have Photon Belts & IBEX Ribbons. As of two days ago, they now think all that is just being caused by the formation of a froth formed when the Solar Wind dies and the magnetic stream breaks up into independent sections they call bubbles.

It's an all new ballgame. They are still not sure about what they are seeing.

That's actually true; its no secret. Top scientists went to congress to push to have stuff done to our electrical grid. Not hard to find. I think u can find clips with Dr.Kaku explaining the situation. (Something about buffers or something is all we need to do) And I think congress started on it; so its probably been active for a year.
IF you go far enough and fall into the entire 2012 were [pody mouth] thing then why would it matter tho.
I don't think anyone in the scientific community ever really worried until the, btw our magnetosphere has been weakening and there's a big ass hole in it part... (big irony for the entire 2012 thing)

SPECULATIONS:
I don't like to speculate but I really think maybe the X-37B has a lot to do with all this... Because part of the things Kaku had mentioned about other then our power grid was our satellites. Either this thing is launching new Sats that can stand whats coming or possibly working on actives ones up there. (I think part of the plan is to power down some from what I herd; during such an event.)

On top of that I remember reading something back in the day were Bush (not Sr)signed on something that was to put millions of tiny mirrors up in space; having to do with the sun... Also possibly related to the X-37B(I think was during the whole ozone rave...but prob was about this instead.)
