What gets me frustrated is when I can see things and how to make them lovely and nice and happy..and I find difficulty achieving this..and injustices etc..lack of insight and understanding or at least what I percieve it to be..unfairness..

gosh its really so easy to be nice..and to achieve harmony

I think it takes humility and goodness of heart to percieve the beauty in others and in all things..we should try to achieve this..

to be grateful

it takes wisdom and humility to be grateful for everything..

to take nothing or anyone for granted because all is a gift as we dont really deserve anything..so all must be cherished..

just take it easy exiled..music helps..
