That is beautiful..and very insightful
I think the goal is to remain ..to be..to become love..as God is Love..
No matter what others do to us..to still be love..and joy..and light..
We have the example in Christ
If it becomes habitual..then the negativity would diappear imo..
A chain of events..a domino effect..

If the result is still love, no matter what..the chain or domino effect of the negativity stops there

and a positive one starts..that of love

much like the birds

all going with the flow..in perfect harmony

And then if you surrender the pain suffered ..to God..for a noble cause..like conversion of sinners etc..the negative becomes an instrument of the positive and is self defeating

If you also offer the joy and love to God..this in turn becomes even more powerful imo..because so precious

Our inner sanctuary must remain pure..and love..
Even if we have moments of negative emotions we must quickly correct it..and fill with light..love and forgiveness again
