Re: music bridges the divide
Hi wildhoney! hope your christmas festivities were awesome!!!

Stopped at my sons grave late last night...seems he had many, many visitors yesterday, the snow was well trampled, and all his monuments cleaned off. I/we might have went a bit overboard in that respect(monuments/statues)...Someone even added an angel, next to the windchime, to the tree branch which overhangs his site. As far as cemetery's go, its a nice, little, quaint, old, nature filled area...

The tree, which overhangs, both my father and sons graves, is quite large now. It was actually transplanted from way up in northern Michigan. My grandparents used to own a cottage(Man I loved that place!) and brought the seedling down shortly after my dad passed(I was 9 by then). It's a nice tree, but has since grown so large that it has moved my fathers headstone a bit. Made it hard to put the concrete cross I purchased(with the Lords prayer, inscribed) in between the two headstones, once we finally had that taken care of(I bought it so there was something there until headstone was put in place, those things take quite a while)...it all worked out...might be a little crammed, but I think it's perfect, well, you know. -situationaly speaking...never thought I would be doing so much digging(and placing concrete) at a cemetery though...

I think you would like the St. Francis statue I found...not too big, maybe 4 feet tall...but he is accompanied by many animals...my son loved animals...I know that's his favorite piece..hf

I don't believe my son to be there...but I am guessing he has seen it, and it brings him joy..I feel it...Merry Christmas Son!!!

-Hear you laughing and my soul is saved..rose

Sorry cant embede (sp)

Though I believe that its a temporary home..that home will be when the two become one..as in heaven ..so on earth..the kingdom manifest

when inside becomes outside

when above becomes below

when two become one

and one is All

when heaven is earth

and earth is heaven

Re: music bridges the divide
Pain is too heavy to carry...

let go and surrender it

keep the love you share with your son..

Love is eternal..literally

real love..is the energy life is born from

because love is God and God is Love

your son lives because he is part of that love

Hi wildhoney, good advice, as alwayshf
The pain, well, it comes and goes, can't say I have much control over that aspect, as of yet...
the weight seems to have lightened, and the duration of its visits shortened, but never know when it's going to come knocking..

Thank You

I know its difficult at this time of year..for many of us..but love heals..and love remains.

Send them love..and feel the love. And may the tears be of joy and gratitude for having shared that time with them here, the laughter, the love, the music, the lessons. Grateful to God for every moment together.

Hey, last full moon of the year is making its way up...perfect night for it.
Been cloudy and snowing for days, not tonight...I don't think the moon allows less than a clear sky on its special night...1dunno1

It is pretty awesome how that seems to work out...I can't remember a full moon night that was not peaceful and serene..

The past couple weeks have been nothing but clouds and storms of various sorts...not this night

I think I am going to head out to my sons site and enjoy a moment or two with him...perhaps he will stop byhf
