I've never quite understood why kids come up to me like that...I guess they see me with my own children, and don't feel like I'm a threat or anything...but that doesn't explain why they hug me and even put their hands on my face and look into my eyes...that happens a lot! It's weird.

Even as a kid myself, I had other kids and even animals come up to me for some reason...I suppose they sense I'm not a threat, I dunno

What I do get from them mostly is a sense of loneliness, um desperate for attention, mixed with the youthful excitement and naivety that the young possess...
