The weight of the water that will be coming down will cause
major earthquakes along the fault...causing all of the nuclear plants to erupt as well.... the U.S. will be split in

As Shanks said the corps of engineers are supreme fuckups so I find it hard to expect any positioning of the army and navy to be any less misguided given the forces at play.

Re: BYE BYE ST LOUIS...This isnt even funny!!!! This is serious...Missouri river flood updated!
As of June 8, 2011, Fort Peck reservoir is at 106% of capacity. The lake is so full that water is now flowing through the dam’s emergency spillway. Because the Army does not have the ability to halt the flows through the spillway without threatening the structural integrity of the dam, the dam and reservoir have lost the ability to curtail the Missouri. For all intents and purposes, the Missouri has defeated Fort Peck Dam.

The next bulwark against the Missouri is Garrison Dam, situated 70 miles north of Bismarck. Garrison is a colossus. The dam rises 210 feet above the riverbed and stretches a little over two miles long from valley wall to valley wall. Lake Sakakawea possesses an elevation of 1854 feet above sea level when at full capacity. Today, the reservoir level stands at 1853.38 feet.

Once in the spillway, the Missouri will have defeated the regulatory ability of the second of the Army’s large dams.

Just the flood plains were heavily flooded and the water went up the stairs of the arch. It was pretty devastating depending how close in proximity you were to the rivers.

You guys have me all confused now. I thought it was the Mississippi that was going to flood St. Louis and spare Cairo, then move on down to Memphis which would also be affected.

The Missouri River is too far away from St. Louis. It would have to flood clear across the state!

Enlighten me, pleasee. And thank you.

The Missouri rivers runs across the state and dumps into the Mississppi on the eastern side.
The Missouri is having major flooding north of here and will eventually meet up with the Mississppi here in St. Louis.

Ok, now I'm confused.
At Fort Peck, ACE began releasing 55,000 gals per second yesterday and plan to increase that amt to 60,000 into spillways.
That's different from "so full it's flowing through the dams' emergency spillway".

I get the idea it WAS so full and spilling ACE had to aid the process further before spring runoff goes critical.

This ain't God. It's HAARP usage by your evil government coupled with an INTENTIONAL neglect of America's infrastructure. All to fully implement UN's Agenda 21 by the 2019 deadline that Ocommie committed the U.S. to.

Back in 1969, a physician working for the feds revealed that America's roads, bridges, highways, dams, etc. would be DELIBERATELY NEGLECTED TO THE STATE OF DISREPAIR. He provided a long list of other things that would come to pass in this country, all of which have come true.
 Quoting: SmartestOne 1016633

Wow, do you have a link to what this physician said..thats really interesting!
 Quoting: Lady Ivory

Sorry, I don't have the link, but it was in part 1 or 2 of Ralph Epperson's New World Order series. (That talk is available online.)

The doctor told everyone at the speech NOT to write anything down or tape him, and that if he caught anyone writing or taping he would stop and leave. One of his "revelations" was that they would "ruin music," which IMO means the introduction of rap.
