Seems to me I heard areas like Minnesota and Oregon also need some new transportation routes to get their paper and other resources over to Canada. Come to think of it, didn't Warren Buffet invest in a railroad that also owned paper mills. Warren is pretty good at using other people's money to make himself rich. In this case, as always, it's our money, taxpayer money. Interesting that in the event of a 'natural' disaster, the federal government would have to intervene and rebuild all these dams and new railroad tracks. Bet they use foreign labor again...thinking Chinese?

All those maps that show water covering parts of the Rockies? Really? I can see the middle part of the country, the southeast going under, but thousands of feet of elevation in that area would put most of the other areas under.
