How come I only see those giant rubber "Truck Nutz" on Ford F150s when I drive through the Southern U.S.?

I mostly saw the giant black nutz dangling from 4x4s in Texas for some reason....do the guys in Texas enjoy looking at the black nutz more than other nutz for some reason??
