Quoting: TheGilmanValerie E. Caproni, the F.B.I. general counsel, said the bureau had carefully considered each change to its operations manual. The F.B.I. soon plans to issue a new edition of its manual, called the Domestic Investigations and Operations Guide, according to an official who has worked on the draft document and several others who have been briefed on its contents. The new rules add to several measures taken over the past decade to give agents more latitude as they search for signs of criminal or terrorist activity. [link to www.nytimes.com] |

Yes, they were doing before they wrote it into the operations manual. It is unconstitutional violation of privacy along with being against state constitutional rights. Domestic surveillance for no probable cause (phishing) is a violation of privacy and in essence, yes, multi-stalking. We need state laws to rein their power abuses. |

Blue Skies User ID: 1337548 United States 06/13/2011 12:15 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | The FBI would not consider what they do gang stalking. They would call it surveillance. Just saying. I guess I think of gang stalking as people who follow someone around to scare or harass them, without legal consent. Like neighborhood watch or a home owners association, trying to intimidate the victim to leave. :kitten on fence: |

Who wants to dig through that? Quoting: Anonymous Coward 673477don't be paranoid guys...that's what they want. Great Idea. Like to add, a fireplace is 100000000 times more secure than a paper shredder. A computer is about as secure as a newspaper ad. Note to all FBI agents who want to catch a 'real' terrorist. Sorry, the 'real terrorist' hide in DUMBS and other billionare hideouts shielded from you by the laws their minions make. Your real job is to keep the debt slaves in line, and to seek out any who would dare to compete with the 'real terrorist' in the art of unconstitional paper money creation. You have been brainwashed to believe the fairy tale that copying //// got a go, someone's kicking in the front door. :beaten: |

But there are also unknown unknowns, the ones we don't know we don't know." |

Never flush toilet paper after you wipe the shit off your ass. Instead toss in in the trash can outside, and not in some bag either. Trust me. They peons don't get paid enough to search through such a stinking mess!!!!! |
