They already are. I have asthma my doctor told me I should have a shot of flu vaccine every year. I had 3 shots and I always got sick. Once I found out about these vaccinations I stopped having them. That was 3yrs ago and I haven't been sick with the flu either, thats a bonus.

I was slated to deploy to the Al Anbar province in late 2005-2006. Upon arriving in Kuwait, I became deathly ill with some type of virus. I had a fever for 2 weeks straight, and my muscles were in a constant state of pain. My corpsman put me on a constant rotation of IV's. As a 25 year old, healthy Marine I was literally on my deathbed. After coming out of the fever, I was certain the virus would subside, but it stayed with me for 3 more months. For those 3 months, I had weakened muscles and continuous green discharge from my lungs and bronchial area. Here's the strange thing... I haven't been sick once, since I had that flu.

On another note, after the surge, resistance in Iraq began to delcine. A couple years later Bob Woodward claimed the United States was using a super-secret new weapon in Iraq and it was working. As a Marine, I believed the secret weapon was probably associated with the SIGINT units ability to listen to every cell phone, but now I'm questioning that....


HOWEVER,

To me this video appears fake (you need to view the 720p version on youtube). The ending is the dead giveaway. Look at how the speaker reacts near the end of the video. He stares directly into the camera, as if he is waiting for the camera man to yell cut. Also, at the split second before it ends, the main man asking questions in the auidence turns to look at the camera as well, as if they know the show is over.

Another thing to ask yourself is microphone placement. At times it sounds like the microphone is on the camera, but at the same time it sounds as if the speaker is talking directly into a microphone.

Could also be Russian or Chinese Psyops. To be honest, I don't know, but I'm guessing the key to this, is finding the identity of the man giving the presenation and checking his credentials. If he turns out to be a DARPA scientist, we may have a problem.

The acting was too good to not be real. This was just a sales pitch. These kind of presentations are probably frequent as groups try to get their hands on part of the massive military budget.
