A "go" has been given to initiate the diplomatic part of the mission.

Will take a little while before coming out though, can't go full ahead until the time is right - meaning, when enough people are ready to listen.

This forum is one the places to start, since this is one of the most important gathering places for those already open for the idea.

We're here, and will be announcing our presence through many channels soon; much more openly and in ways that can't be ignored even by the MSM.
